Contentainment is a Dufry sub-brand that manages all brand marketing within World Duty Free shops from digital screens and window displays to experiential marketing. They needed a new brand identity and an engaging, on-brand, educational portal where clients could log-in to a third party project management tool.
Firstly, we created a new logo and branding synonymous with luxury and their network of locations.
We then developed an online portal which showcased the full range of Contentainment’s exciting services, creating an experience which encapsulated the vibrancy of the brand.
Taking the time to fully understand the process between Contentainment, their clients and suppliers so we also recommended a project management tool to fully support and simplify all aspects of their process.
The portal we developed uses a combination of video and eye-catching photography to showcase Contentainment’s full range of offerings. The intuitive user journey encourages users to explore the site, whilst maintaining the option to log-in to the project management tool throughout their experience.
The chosen project management tool was carefully considered and we set-up project templates within the tool, tailored to their processes to further enhance efficiency.
A user-friendly CMS was built and training provided, allowing the client to easily manage content on the site and keep it up-to-date moving forward.
