With 40+ different websites across Europe, built and managed by different agencies, the website content was often neglected and there was a general lack of strategy. Kraft Heinz needed a cost-effective solution to unify their brand and offer a consistent user experience.
Our solution was to create a robust digital strategy to migrate the entire portfolio of sites into one centralised CMS platform. By designing a single, flexible template, we could bring all websites across the portfolio in line with each other, whilst allowing them to maintain their own brand identity.
Managing the content centrally and implementing a clear process for content updates, would encourage individual territories and brands to keep their websites up-to-date.

We managed the Kraft Heinz European brand and corporate website portfolio: updating content, providing development support and running regular site and SEO audits to ensure sites performed optimally at all times. We also set up new sites on the platform as new Kraft Heinz brands were acquired, which was efficient and cost-effective due to the development of the template strategy.
