We were challenged with creating a hub for the JCDecaux Digital Changemakers resources including videos, PDFs, presentations and podcasts. The aim is to provide useful content for digital marketers to enable them to learn about out of home advertising in an engaging format, and encourage visitors to sign up for a free account to access additional features.
The goal was to guide users through an intuitive journey to then reach out to the JCDecaux team for further information and ultimately to buy advertising space.

Our Discovery process challenged the JCDecaux team to consider how best to present their content on the site in an engaging format, and our team to build a user-friendly and secure CMS for the client to manage their site post-live. User Experience design led the customer journey mapping and collaboration with the client’s in-house design team ensured we captured their vision in the development.
JCDecaux Digital Changemakers is an intuitive learning journey, offering multimedia resources to enhance the educational experience and a free account feature to access additional content and features. The website is fully scalable and the client has full control to add, edit, and remove content. Bespoke reporting provides in-depth audience insights.
